All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through our store are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Product Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product purchased is compatible with their e-moto, bicycle, motorcycle, properly installed, and used as intended. We are not responsible for improper installation, misuse, or modifications made to the product after purchase.
Defects or Shipping Damage
If you believe your item arrived damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. While refunds are not offered, we will review each case to determine if a replacement or store credit is appropriate.
Custom Orders
All custom or made-to-order handlebars are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances.
