Shipping policy


Thank you for shopping with us. We work hard to deliver high quality products and e-moto, bicycle, and motorcycle parts with care and accuracy. Please review our Shipping Policy prior to completing your purchase.

Order Processing Time

All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. Because each product is inspected and prepared with care, some orders may take the full three days to process.

Pre-Orders 

If the product you select is sold out, you may still place your order.
Due to manufacturing and restocking times, pre-orders may take up to 2 weeks to ship. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. 

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping time is in addition to the processing window.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking information for updates to appear.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or factors beyond our control. Once a package leaves our facility, any transit-related issues must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier. For these issues, please file a claim directly with the shipping service.
