Product Disclaimer & Assumption of Risk Agreement

Shyftworks Bicycle Handlebars

By purchasing, installing, or using the Shyftworks V1 Aluminum handlebar sold by Shyftworks, the customer (“Buyer”) acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk

Buyer understands and agrees that e-moto, bicycle, motorcycle riding and modification involve inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury or death. Buyer voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the purchase, installation, use, or misuse of any product supplied by Shyftworks.

2. No Warranty of Performance or Safety

All products are sold “AS IS” with no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or safety.
Shyftworks does not guarantee that its handlebar products will perform safely in all conditions or applications.

3. Buyer Responsibility

Buyer agrees that they are solely responsible for:

Ensuring the product is compatible with their e-moto, bicycle or motorcycle model.
Proper installation of the product, including using a qualified professional installer when necessary.
Inspection and maintenance of the product before each use.
Safe operation of e-moto, bicycle or motorcycle model after installation.

4. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buyer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Shyftworks, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, or losses resulting from:

Use or misuse of the product
Improper installation
Failure to follow safety instructions
Accidents or collisions
Product malfunction or failure

5. No Guarantee of Legal Compliance

Buyer is responsible for ensuring the product complies with local, state, and federal laws or regulations. Shyftworks makes no claim regarding street-legal status or regulatory compliance.
